Peter “Gold” Ezugwu was born to lead. He is an innovative pioneer dedicated in his relentless drive to teach those around him how to empower themselves to exceed their goals and dreams. A former professional athlete, Peter is more than his achievements on the court.
In the seven years since entering the business world, Peter has established himself as a successful entrepreneur, establishing and leading multiple companies in the education, technology and real estate space. One of his first start-ups was Future Stars, which he took from launch to sale. Today, he continues to oversee the company’s success as the CEO.
At PowerVision, Peter is focused on public speaking, empowerment, leadership and coaching business leaders and entrepreneurs on how to chart their vision. He draws upon the many lessons he has learned during his transition from professional athlete to successful entrepreneur and executive, all while continuing to grow and develop himself as a leader and businessperson.
Peter continues to make a significant impact on the global community as a powerful speaker, advocate for youth, and the underserved. Peter has his BS from Eastern Michigan University, and is fluent in five languages.
Chief Strategy Officer
Nicole has over 25 years of experience in the services and technology space, focused primarily on operations, marketing and human resources. After an extensive career in corporate America, which included work with privately held, public, and private equity backed firms which culminated with her role as the Senior Vice President of People she decided to explore her own entrepreneurial spirit. She started her first consulting practice focused on Executive Coaching and Business Strategy and then co-launched a retail bakery.
Earlier this year, she joined forces with Peter, and is very excited to be helping grow and build the PowerVision as a consultant and coach focusing her expertise around strategy, marketing and people. Her greatest passion is helping other people and companies move past stuck and create a lasting legacy.
Nicole earned her MBA is from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She also holds various certifications including: Strategic Workforce Planning (HRCI), Senior Human Resources Professional, (HRCI) and the Certification for Internal Coaches (Babson College). Nicole is an accomplished speaker and facilitator, and has been active with various charitable groups focused on workforce readiness and education.

Mike joins the PowerVision with a diverse leadership background ranging from Higher Education to the Health and Fitness Industry encompassing project management, business operations, and brand development.
Mike attended Robert Morris University earning his bachelors in Media Arts and also holds a MS in Organizational Leadership.
His passion lies in leading and empowering others to identify what they are passionate about while pursuing a fulfilling life. Mike thrives in the development of business operations and creating cultures that foster a fun collaborative environment.
With nearly 20 years valuable experience in both media and public relations, Gretchen is a wife and mother of two. Over the years, Gretchen has used her media and public relations skills at a variety of firms in the valley and is now Principal and owner of Media by Connection. Gretchen is a firm believer that building lasting relationships with her clients is a strong background for achieving solid and visible results. She uses those same techniques at home with her family and boys. Keeping busy is her game, running around with two very active kids, who are growing bigger every day.
Gretchen is a native to Arizona, born and raised here and a graduate of Northern Arizona University. She lives in Peoria and keeps active herself while enjoying running, working out, playing sports, watching movies with her husband and two boys.
Stacy has always been a leader in her community, her passion to make a difference is selfless and relentless. Her roles as a mother, wife, entrepreneur, Life Coach, corporate business leader and community advocate define her as a person. She has almost 20 years of experience in the corporate realm of business, Project Management and IT Business Analytics this has given her the skill set to lead many projects and people throughout her career and corporations, such as USAA, American Express, and AAA.Stacy was recognized as 2014 MASK Nominee, for Mothers Making A Difference Award.
Stacy’s strengths in EQ (Emotional Intelligence) has allowed her to soar not only in projects but also in building strong relationships with people within her field. Stacy’s belief is “We have all we need within ourselves, we just have to ask ourselves the right questions, and trust the answers we receive.”
