Peter Gold HeadShot

Peter ``Gold`` Ezugwu


Peter Gold was born to lead. He is an innovative pioneer dedicated in his relentless drive to teach those around him how to empower themselves to exceed their goals and dreams. A former professional athlete, Peter is more than his achievements on the court. After more than a decade as a professional basketball player, Peter left the sport to begin his second career as a successful entrepreneur and motivational speaker. Having launched, run and sold various organizations, Peter’s passion is around Youth Sports & Leadership and the Ed Tech space. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Future Stars, a company he founded and sold, and as the CEO at PowerVision. He spends most of his time focused on taking clients through intensive PowerSessions, leading Executive Coaching Sessions and inspiring audiences with his motivational and dynamic Keynote and Team Building sessions. Peter has his BS from East Michigan University.

Stacy Santelli

Executive Director

Stacy has always been a leader in her community, her passion to make a difference is selfless and relentless. Her roles as a mother, wife, entrepreneur, Life Coach, corporate business leader and community advocate define her as a person. She has almost 20 years of experience with a focus on Project Management and IT Business Analytics. This background provides her the given skill to lead many projects and people both at the corporate level and as a consultant. Her career has included work with Fortune 500 company’s as USAA, American Express, and AAA . Stacy was recognized as 2014 MASK Nominee – Mothers Making A Difference Award. Stacy’s strengths in EQ (Emotional Intelligence) has allowed her to soar not only in the projects she undertakes, but in building strong relationships with people within her field. Stacy’s belief is, “We have all we need within ourselves, we just have to ask ourselves the right questions, and trust the answers we receive.”

Stacy has her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ottawa University, and her MBA with an emphasis on Project Management from the University of Phoenix.

Nicole Spracale

Chief Strategy Officer

Nicole has over 25 years of experience in the services and technology space, focused primarily on operations, marketing and human resources. After an extensive career in corporate America, which included work with privately held, public, and private equity backed firms which culminated with her role as the Senior Vice President of People, she decided to explore her own entrepreneurial spirit. She started her first consulting practice focused on Executive Coaching and Business Strategy and then co-launched a retail bakery. Most recently, she joined forces with Peter, and is very excited to be helping grow and build the PowerVision as a consultant and coach focusing her expertise around strategy, marketing and people. Her greatest passion is helping other people and companies move past stuck and create a lasting legacy. Nicole earned her MBA is from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She also holds various certifications including: Strategic Workforce Planning (HRCI), Senior Human Resources Professional, (HRCI) and the Certification for Internal Coaches (Babson College). Nicole is an accomplished speaker and facilitator, and has been active with various charitable groups focused on workforce readiness and education.

Morgan Williams

Strategic Partner - Creative Writing

Morgan is a talented ghostwriter and content creator. As a writer and editor, she is exceptional at partnering with clients to define and differentiate their online message. From blogs to long-form articles, press releases, interviews and more – Morgan’s gift for adapting the voice of the client into all that she does is second to none.

Morgan has her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Arizona State University.


Rachel Yanof

Strategic Partner - Nonprofit and Education

Rachel is an entrepreneur at heart. She is passionate about changing the reality of what education looks like, especially for those in the lowest income areas. She believes that we have to make sure every student reaches their highest potential in order to ensure they are successful and our economy and world thrives. As the Founder and former CEO of Phoenix Collegiate Academy, Rachel built the board and maintained it for six years working through strategic growth and CEO transitions. She was also responsible for finding each site for the three schools, overseeing site development, and finding funding sources for the projects. Later, she transitioned into the role of Director of External Affairs before leaving the school and starting her own consulting firm. Rachel has her BS in Economics from Georgetown University, and her Master’s from Arizona State University.
